Working with Robinsons:
As part of our brief we were to look at all existing brand material – brochures, sales and point-of-sale material, stationery and other print material. We were also asked to help with the production of completely new imagery and take care of any retouching that may be required.
One of the key considerations on any material produced was the presentation of complicated product variants and features. Previously to our re-design this had been a problem with customers not being fully aware of what they were actually purchasing and Alton missing the opportunity to up-sell additional features.
Much of the photography was taken on location throughout the UK and feature really customers greenhouses in real locations. Where this was not possible, shots were taken within Altons office show area – many of these greenhouses were then retouched into other locations.
Once the initial design work had been completed, childsdesign became responsible for the monthly/bi-monthly updates of all point-of-sale and sales material, seasonal offer leaflets along with images and retouching of newly introduced models.
