philosophy

Our philosophy is simple - childsdesign wants to create quality commercial solutions for their clients that give them the results that they want.

In order to do this, we must work together to get the results, and in working together our clients get the best cost effective results we are able to give them within their budgets. We're not an expensive design agency by any means, but we do have to charge our clients a sensible amount for what we produce - at the end of the day we all have to make a modest living.

We've been around long enough to know what we're doing and we have a large folio of work to show prospective clients what we can do for them and a whole heap of testimonials from our clients (some we've been working with for more than 10 years). Because of this we don't like to get involved with un-paid pitches to prove our worth. That doesn't mean to say that we wouldn't pitch for a new client or project, but it would have to be worth both our whiles to do so.

Just as we do a lot of listening to our clients, we ask that they read and understand our terms and conditions and that no 'assumptions' are made about how we are working together. childsdesign is not only about creative design, but also creating long lasting working relationships with our clients. We want you to grow your business and we want to grow along side you, not just be there to make a 'quick buck' on our first job for you and then move onto the next.

childsdesign understand project management and workflow (we even help our clients with in-house design studios streamline their own production). It's often over looked by many creative companies, but is a very important and vital part of everything we do. Understanding one another's needs and expectations throughout any project will always lead to the best creative and your budget intact.
